Trager® Level 1 Training Application
Date: April 5-7 & 9-11, 2025
Location: Williston, Vermont
This training qualifies for 48 CE hours from the NCBTMB.
Student Agreement
Before training, applicants will need to sign the below agreement.
I will not represent myself as a Trager Practitioner, nor charge for my Trager sessions during the Student phase of my training. I also understand that I may not represent myself as a Trager Practitioner, Workshop Leader, Trager Tutor, Teacher or Instructor without the appropriate written authorization.
I confirm (with the exception of any ameliorating statement attached to this form) that I am in good physical and mental health, I have not had any surgery in the last three months, I am not under the influence of mind-altering drugs of any kind, that I do not have a criminal record of violent or sexual offenses. If my circumstances change, I shall immediately inform the Board of my National Association.
My registration below confirms that I have read, understood, and will abide by the above agreement.
